We proudly offer pallet delivery services exclusively within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), which includes Toronto and the surrounding municipalities in the regional areas of Peel, York, Halton, and Durham.

Free Pallet Delivery (Orders Over $1500):

• Free pallet delivery is available for orders over $1500 within the GTA. (This includes all products, including Beverages.)
• For pallet delivery on orders that do not meet the $1500 minimum, please contact us via our Contact Us page. Additional charges will apply, and we will bill you accordingly.

• Standard Pallet Delivery: We typically process and ship pallet orders within 2 business days of confirmation.
• Special Pallet Delivery Requests: For any specific pallet delivery requirements, please email us at candyclubcanada@gmail.com prior to placing your order.

• Unloading Area or Dock: All delivery locations must have a visible unloading area or a dock. (additional charges may apply if a tailgate is required)

• Business Hours: If your business operates outside of standard hours (9 AM - 5 PM), please inform us via email. If no notification is provided, we will assume standard timings.

if the driver is unable to complete the pallet delivery due to customer-related reasons, the following will apply:

• A 20% restocking fee will be charged.
• Pallet delivery rescheduling will require additional arrangements and charges.
