Canada and USA Standard Shipping 

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $450 CAD within Canada & USA , limited to snacks and confectionery items only. For orders under $450, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that BEVERAGES are not eligible for free shipping, and shipping costs for drinks will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Concerns

Please provide us with detailed proof: photos of shipping labels, boxes, inventory of products received, etc. Please note that all requests are processed on a case by case basis and refunds are issued at our discretion. Candy Club Canada reserves the right to decline a refund.

At Candy Club Canada, we take great care to ensure your treats arrive in perfect condition. However, certain items, such as chocolates and other temperature-sensitive products, may be affected by extreme heat or cold depending on the season.

  • Warm Weather: During hotter months, products like chocolate and gummies may melt during transit. While we do our best to package items securely, Candy Club Canada is not responsible for any melting or damage caused by high temperatures.
  • Cold Weather: In colder months, beverages or liquid-based items may freeze during shipping. Candy Club Canada is not liable for any freezing or temperature-related issues that occur during transit.
